Delete your GonBots account

Option 1: in the app (immediate)

1. Open GonBots and sign in with the account you want to delete.
2. In the bottom bar, tap Gonbot to open the Workshop.
3. Tap Profile.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Read the notice, wait 5 seconds for the button to unlock and confirm with Delete account.

The account is deleted right away, you are signed out on all your devices and the app returns to the sign-in screen. This cannot be undone.

Option 2: without the app

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, send us this form. We will email the account's address to confirm you own it and delete the account within 30 days of your confirmation.

Prefer email? Write to contacto@gonplus.cl from your account's email address with the subject "Delete GonBots account" and include your username if you remember it.

What data is deleted

• Your account: username, email, password, friend code and preferences.
• Your progress: level, cards, decks, chips, skins, coins and virtual items, missions, Story, tournaments, battle pass and backups.
• Your Gonbot's memory and everything we keep from your conversations, and messages you reported.
• Your friends, requests and blocks, and your PvP and co-op matches and invitations.
• Our copy of your subscription status and the record of your acceptance of the legal documents.
• Your battle statistics, AI usage counters and deletion requests sent through the web.
• Your open sessions (access tokens).

What is kept and for how long

• Anonymous purchase record: for each real-money purchase we keep the platform, transaction identifier, product, date, price and currency, with no link to your account, for accounting, to handle refunds and to prevent fraud.
• Server technical logs (log files with technical events and IP addresses): deleted within 30 days at most.
• Database backups may contain your data until they are overwritten in their normal cycle, within 30 days at most; they are not used for any other purpose.
• Stores: we ask RevenueCat to delete your customer profile. Apple and Google keep their own transaction records according to their legal obligations and policies.
• Data that a law requires us to keep, or that is needed to resolve a claim or investigate fraud, only for as long as that need lasts.

Important: your subscription

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it first in the App Store (Settings › your name › Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store › Profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions). Purchases, coins and virtual items are lost when the account is deleted and are not refunded by GonBots; refunds are handled by the store under its policies.
