Acceptable Use Policy

1. Respect other players

• Do not harass, threaten, insult, discriminate against or intimidate others.
• Do not use usernames or Gonbot names that are offensive, sexual, violent, discriminatory, or that impersonate another person, brand or the GonBots team.
• Do not share other people's personal data without their permission.

2. Fair play

• Do not use cheats, hacks, bots, macros, modified emulators or software that alters the client, the server or game traffic.
• Do not exploit bugs to gain advantages, coins or items; if you find one, report it.
• Do not manipulate matches, leaderboards, tournaments or in-game rewards (for example, losing on purpose or arranging results).
• Do not create multiple accounts to farm rewards, and do not share accounts.
• Do not sell, buy or trade accounts, coins or virtual items for real money or outside the game.

3. Using AI chat and voice

• Do not try to get illegal, sexually explicit, hateful or violent content from the Gonbot, or content that promotes self-harm or harm to others.
• Do not try to bypass its safety filters ("jailbreaking") or use it to create content that infringes third-party rights.
• Do not send sensitive data about yourself or others (health, finances, passwords, ID documents).
• The Gonbot is entertainment: do not use it as a substitute for professional help. If you are in danger or in crisis, contact your local emergency services.

4. Service security

• Do not attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers or data.
• Do not overload, attack or interfere with the service, or automate requests to our APIs.
• Do not use GonBots for illegal activities, fraud, or to distribute malware or spam.

5. Consequences

Depending on severity and repetition, we may warn you, remove improperly obtained items or rewards, restrict features (for example multiplayer or AI chat), temporarily suspend or permanently close your account. Illegal conduct may be reported to the authorities.

6. Reports

If you see a violation, an exploitable bug or inappropriate AI-generated content, email contacto@gonplus.cl with your username, the date and a description (and screenshots if you have them). You can also report a Gonbot reply from the conversation screen. We review every report.
